Meet Our Team
Jane Baker - School Administrator
Jane started her real estate sales career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker 20 years ago as office rookie of the year and performed as a top agent while also working as a new agent instructor for the CBG School of Real Estate. Joining the school as coordinator in 2014, she became the school administrator in 2017. Jane is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience and supporting students on their dream path to a real estate career.
Rose Britton – School Administrator
Rose has been in the real estate industry since 2004 starting as a branch office administrator in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2008, she obtained her real estate salesperson license and in 2018 she put her salesperson license in referral status and became the branch office administrator in St. Louis, MO. In June of 2022 Rose has now taken on the school coordinator position where she is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience and supporting students on their dream path to a real estate career.
Nichole Curry – Broker Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor
In addition to her role as an instructor, Nichole is an experienced real estate agent, marketing professional and former faculty member at the University of Phoenix. She is a native of St. Louis and personally a real estate investor with experience in buying, renovating and managing residential property. As an instructor, Nichole has the opportunity to provide her students tools to assist them along their academic journey and to marry two of her passions, real estate and education.
Kristina Knight – Broker Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor
Kristina began her real estate career in 2009 working with buyers, sellers and investors. She has worked with a diverse group of people with a background in B2C and industrial sales along with customer service and experience helping others with personal development. Kristina grew up in the St. Louis region and enjoys exploring the area and all that it offers. Her goal is to help people on their path to obtaining their real estate license.
Cherise Bass - Licensed Salesperson, Pre-Exam & Continuing Education Instructor
Cherise joined our instructor team with an extensive background as a director of healthcare customer service along with a bachelor of science and accounting degree. Cherise applies that same experience when helping buyers and sellers in her real estate career and will be an asset to our students when studying to obtain their real estate license.
